Hey Artsy Family! We know some of you are going to be in charge of your own specials or art enrichment. We want to share three tips with you to make it easy and hassle-free to support your artsy family.

TIP #1 SUPPLIES While you are stocking up on school supplies buy some affordable art supplies. For our after-school paint events, we recommend these easy and affordable supplies. Great news, they now carry art supplies at most of the big-box chains where you buy your sch

  • Acrylic or Tempera Paints

  • Paint Brushes

  • Watercolor or Construction Paper

  • Flat or Wrapped Canvas Panels

  • Graphite Paper for Tracing

TIP #2 - AN ART STATION Let your child design their designated workspace for art. Teach them how to clean up their supplies and set out their own table cloths or coverings to protect the surfaces. Remind them about cleaning up and taking care of their supplies.  If you are limited on space consider creating an Art on a Cart like this!

TIP #3 - Let's Paint! Your child can get excited about their new workspace by creating their own Art Room sign!  Here are some easy art instructions for your child to create their own "My Art Studio" painting!
